With over 20 years of organizational consulting and over 2,500 hours of executive coaching, Sandi assists C-suite executives, managers, and entrepreneurs to catalyze their work and implement change in their organizations. Sandi’s management career spans a number of industries, such as manufacturing, engineering services, healthcare, cable TV, publishing, and non-profit services. She was a manager with Johnson & Johnson, Hearst/ABC, Harcourt Brace Jovanovich and Ferrero, N.A. and a Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for a technology firm.
Sandi has an M.B.A from Columbia University and a B.A. in Psychology and French from Colgate University. She was Adjunct Professor of Leadership Development at the R. H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland. She is an instructor for Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance at American University and a Board Member of the Independent Review Board for ICF. Sandi is featured in national and local print publications and radio about coaching and life balance. She has achieved the highest level of certification with the International Coach Federation and is a Certified Behavioral and Motivational Analyst through Target Training International.
Sandi, her children, and her husband Michael call Washington DC home. She practices yoga, bikes and hikes as often as possible.
