Based on a prescient vision to integrate executive development and peak performance coaching initiatives, Corporate Balance Concepts was founded in 1993 to serve the exclusive needs of industry-leading companies and their senior executives.

As the CEO for the last two decades, Michael Kibler successfully pursued his vision of leading the enterprise through work with over a thousand senior executives around the world, including scores at the CEO/ President/ and Vice Chair Level. Based out of offices in London and Chicago, Mike built Corporate Balance Concepts into a global coaching and development firm supporting clients in the United States, China, Europe, the U.K., Russia, Japan, ASEAN, and Australia. CBC is privileged to serve as a strategic partner to some of the world’s most successful organizations.

Prior to forming CBC, Mike was an executive for an international executive wellness firm, Cardio Fitness Corporation, a division of the H.J Heinz Company. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University in Exercise Physiology. He is a Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.

A naturally competitive athlete at the university level, Mike now enjoys downhill skiing, mountain biking, hiking and icing his knees. He has a lifelong affinity for Michigan’s Lake Superior shoreline. Mike and his wife, Laurie, have been married for 30 years and have two adult children.

Connie Latson is a Senior Executive Coach, and the Director of Coach Training & Development for Corporate Balance Concepts, Inc.

Connie’s lifelong commitment has been to help leaders maximize and prioritize their work excellence, health, and quality of life. She brings 25 years of professional experience as a coach, consultant, learning and change facilitator, and instructional designer, to her work with CBC.

Her broader professional experience includes leading people, projects, and initiatives across industries and countries. This includes managing an international consortium of Fortune 1000 business executives; establishing competency-based leadership solutions and implementing executive-level 360 feedback processes. She has also designed and conducted benchmarking research across Fortune 1000 companies on career development, learning strategies, blended learning, and succession planning. Connie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business through DePaul University, is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, and received her Master’s degree at DePaul in Individual and Organizational Learning, Development, and Change.

On a personal level, Connie enjoys adventure travel and activities, exploring new cultures, and enjoying the arts. She has always had a strong commitment to health, nutrition, and fitness.

Hilary Johnson is a Senior Executive Coach with Corporate Balance Concepts, Inc.

Hilary brings over 15 years of senior executive coaching experience together with the insights gained from a 20-year career in Financial Services to her Pinnacle work. She coaches senior executives and their teams to produce transformational results for themselves and their organizations. Based in London, UK, Hilary works internationally, regularly helping clients meet the challenges of multi-cultural, multi-location, high pressure, results-focused environments.

Following an undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Hilary’s business career started as an actuary, working in the UK and Australia, and then moved to marketing and strategy consulting, culminating in a position on the Board of a marketing services consultancy. She is an accredited Master Coach with the International Coach Federation (one of only a handful in the UK) and has accreditations in Systems Thinking, Group Dynamics and Large Scale Interventions. Hilary is also a Master Practitioner in NLP.

Hilary has always had a keen interest in sport and currently competes in marathons and triathlons whilst also enjoying skiing and hiking in the mountains with her husband and two daughters.

Colette Ruoff is an Executive Coach with Corporate Balance Concepts, Inc.

Colette brings more than 10 years of line management experience in financial service firms as well as more than 10 years of executive coaching experience in leadership development. Colette has worked extensively with partners of professional service organizations to improve their interpersonal skills, client leadership skills as well as their people leadership within their firm. She has guided senior leadership teams to enhance communication and accountability to align and become “real teams.” Colette has served clients in a range of industries and firms including McKinsey & Company, Inc., Egon Zehnder, Heidrick & Struggles, Wachovia Securities, Allianz Life Insurance Company, Alliance Bernstein, WPP, Siemens, Lucent, and Johnson & Johnson.

In the field of financial services, Colette has served as a Vice President of the Real Estate lending division of a major New York money center bank and as a Director of the International Investment unit of a large insurance company. Colette received a BA in Finance and Marketing at Hofstra University and an MBA in International Business and Economics from New York University. She is a Certified Gestalt Psychotherapist and has completed a two year study in “depth consulting,” an approach to organizational development that emphasizes the capacity of the consultant to develop and work with learning fields.

Colette lives in New York and spends her free time enjoying the cultural offerings of the city and the beauty of the Hudson Valley.

Jaye Radov Martin is a Senior Executive Coach with Corporate Balance Concepts, Inc.

Jaye is skilled in supporting and challenging leaders and management teams. She quickly partners with clients to identify win-win solutions to corporate concerns in financial service, technology and biotech. An expert in identifying strategic opportunities for individuals and corporations, clients say she demonstrates intelligence coupled with genuine interest. She is there when clients need her most.

Her executive experience spans fifteen years, and includes succession planning, strategic work with boards, management, innovation and resilience. She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University. Her master's is from Bryn Mawr College where she serves on the executive committee. Jaye has completed an executive program at Harvard Business School as well as Covey's course for leaders at Sundance, Utah. Jaye loves swimming, hiking, travel and cooking with family and friends.

Claire Scott Miller is an Executive Coach with Corporate Balance Concepts, Inc. Claire is a career and HR consultant with over twenty years experience. Her coaching and consulting practice successfully assists organizations in maximizing the effectiveness of their key employees and enhancing their career-life satisfaction. Clients include professional services firms, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies across the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.

Claire helped to develop the Women in Leadership certificate program for Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School of Management. She developed or led nationally recognized team building, career development, and performance management programs for clients such as MK-Ferguson, Dupont, JPMorgan Chase, the US Navy and the EPA. Her research projects include the Dual Career Family Project funded by the Cleveland Foundation.

Claire is an outstanding facilitator and speaker who is featured in international meetings and conferences (Society of Women Engineers, American Banking Assoc., Women Going Global). Articles by United Press International, Computer Decision Magazine, American Bank Women Journal, and Cleveland Plain Dealer have featured her, and she has appeared on radio and TV. She is the co-author of Quality Customer Service in Government and was published in Preparing Professional Women for the Future: Resources for Teachers and Trainers by the University of Michigan.

Her education includes a BA from Denison Univ., M.Ed. from Bowling Green State University, continuing education at Harvard and Radcliff and advanced training from the National Assoc. of Business Coaches (NABC). Ms. Miller is also a Board Certified Executive Coach and is certified in several programs (Team Works, Communication Styles) including Franklin-Covey’s What Matters Most.

David Rohlander

David Rohlander is an Executive Coach with Corporate Balance Concepts, Inc.

David is an internationally recognized speaker, author and executive coach. He has coached executives from Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized companies and government organizations, with a specialty of working with CEOs.

After serving in the US Air Force as a combat fighter pilot and completing an MBA in finance, David joined Merrill Lynch. At Merrill he became a Regional Manager and member of the firm’s Management Advisory Council. In 1979 David founded his own company to provide consulting, training, speaking and coaching services for clients including TRW, Honeywell, and Nestle. David has been an adjunct professor at several universities. He did post graduate work with Peter Drucker at Claremont Graduate University, became certified on Situational Leadership with Dr. Paul Hersey and received a BA in History and Literature from Westmont College.

David lives a life of balance between family, work and leisure with Janet, his wife. Their son, Nathan and his wife, Amy, are both gifted artists. Committed to good health, David enjoys daily workouts, snow skiing, scuba diving and vigorous walks at home and on world trips.

Claire brings 20+ years of professional experience as a senior leader, board member and line manager in a variety of global environments to her Pinnacle coaching clients.

Claire’s 10+ years of executive coaching experience combined with her deep business background enable her to uniquely partner with CEOs and BU leaders to help them create breakthrough results.  Hallmarks of her work across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa include driving business transformation through an intensive focus on human capital, change management and talent development.  Her recent clients have included: Novartis, HSBC, Charles Taylor, Provident, Roche, Cooper Vision, Warner Music and Parker Hannifin.

Claire attained her coaching certification through Human Technics (accredited by Bristol Business School) and the Institute of Leadership and Management.  She received a BA Hons Degree in English from the University of Wales and has a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Development and Change from the CIPD, accredited by Herriot Watt University. She is an accredited Facilitator for MBTI, Motivational Maps, EQi and Strengthscope. Claire is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and had regular coaching supervision herself.

Based in London, Claire is a keen runner and prefers to explore new places on foot.  When she is not working, Claire spends time with her family on the beaches of Cornwall where she is learning to surf – a definite work in progress.

Cathy Wen is an Executive Coach with Corporate Balance Concepts, Inc.

Her adaptable coaching style reflects over 25 years of professional and executive experience gained from serving multinational companies which include Ferrari, Omnicom Group and Nike, as well as the diplomatic field of the public service sector in China.

Cathy’s business background includes general management, marketing, corporate communications, investor & public relations, and professional services.  She has worked in China, Canada and the USA. As a senior-executive Coach, these experiences have fuelled Cathy’s deep understanding of communication, cultural impact, and the unique leadership challenges facing executives in a fast-developing market and world.

Born into a family with a strong academic background, Cathy is also passionate about developing the next generation of business leaders. She has been an appointed member of the MBA Career Mentoring Program, China Europe International Business School in Shanghai since 2015. Cathy has an MBA from the University of British Columbia, Canada and a Bachelor of Arts is from Guangzhou University of Foreign Studies. Cathy has a number of coaching credentials and certifications including her designation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation.  Cathy is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and in English.

Cathy is keen on exploring life from different dimensions. She loves nature, enjoys arts & has travelled extensively around the world. Her true passion, however, has always been in self-development and facilitating others to grow.

Jim Persing is an executive coach who loves working with clients in a variety of situations, assisting them in becoming more effective and satisfied personally and professionally. Following a dozen years practicing law, Jim transformed his own life to focus on helping others reach their own personal changes and goals. He is certified through the International Coach Federation and the Coaches Training Institute.

Jim is a graduate of Susquehanna University and Penn State-Dickinson School of Law. He and his wife Tamara have two children. Jim enjoys films, history, travel, and working on both the inside and outside of his home in Pennsylvania.

Christine Stiller is a speaker, change facilitator and coach. Throughout her 15 year career Christine has helped organizations, teams and individuals reinvent themselves. In the corporate environment, Christine’s expertise in employee engagement involved culture assessment, strategy development, vision and values retreat facilitation as well as leadership development. In her private coaching and consulting practice, Christine continues to inspire leaders and teams to become what they envision. Christine holds the Certified Human Resources Professional designation and is a certified coach with the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Christine now makes her home in South Florida where she has traded in her parka and boots for shorts and flip flops. Christine is married with a young daughter and enjoys visiting local festivals, children’s events and museums.

Pam has over 25 years’ experience in the national advertising corporate sales arena and conducts workshops on work-life balance, team building, communication skills, goal setting and training sales teams.

Pam received her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. She has a husband and two beautiful children. Pam lives in the suburbs of Chicago and loves movies, photography and playing tennis.

Lisa Rocks McKeogh is a Professional Life and Business coach. She works with individuals and organizations to help people fully engage and thrive in their life, work and play. Lisa has over fifteen years of experience working in advertising and marketing with leading national advertising agencies. She has extensive experience in management, strategic planning, creative business ideas and consumer insights. Lisa left her senior management position to coach full-time. She blends her corporate business experience with her coaching skills to help clients gain clarity and get results – especially in the areas of mentoring, motivating and developing co-workers in various stages of their careers.

Lisa earned her BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University. She received her coaching certification from The Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation. Lisa lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, three children and their dog. She is an avid youth sports fan and her favorite activities include hiking, travel and reading.
