Founded in 1993, CBC is a pioneer in providing year-long, one-on-one executive coaching programs for senior leaders. Every CBC coach must bring unique competencies, strengths, and perspectives to their training to become a CBC Executive Coach.

EXECUTIVE COACH

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen with an in-depth understanding of major corporations’ organizational structures and dynamics.
• Significant previous corporate or entrepreneurial leadership experience is strongly desired.
• Five to ten years as an executive coach or internal coach with senior-level executives.
• An exhibited and authentic personal commitment to the values and actions of business achievement, personal fitness and professional integrity.
• A university degree is required; an advanced degree is strongly desired.
