Claire Scott Miller is an Executive Coach with Corporate Balance Concepts, Inc. Claire is a career and HR consultant with over twenty years experience. Her coaching and consulting practice successfully assists organizations in maximizing the effectiveness of their key employees and enhancing their career-life satisfaction. Clients include professional services firms, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies across the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.

Claire helped to develop the Women in Leadership certificate program for Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School of Management. She developed or led nationally recognized team building, career development, and performance management programs for clients such as MK-Ferguson, Dupont, JPMorgan Chase, the US Navy and the EPA. Her research projects include the Dual Career Family Project funded by the Cleveland Foundation.

Claire is an outstanding facilitator and speaker who is featured in international meetings and conferences (Society of Women Engineers, American Banking Assoc., Women Going Global). Articles by United Press International, Computer Decision Magazine, American Bank Women Journal, and Cleveland Plain Dealer have featured her, and she has appeared on radio and TV. She is the co-author of Quality Customer Service in Government and was published in Preparing Professional Women for the Future: Resources for Teachers and Trainers by the University of Michigan.

Her education includes a BA from Denison Univ., M.Ed. from Bowling Green State University, continuing education at Harvard and Radcliff and advanced training from the National Assoc. of Business Coaches (NABC). Ms. Miller is also a Board Certified Executive Coach and is certified in several programs (Team Works, Communication Styles) including Franklin-Covey’s What Matters Most.
